If you receive a product that you believe to be defective, simply call us at 1-800-713-1944, to make arrangements for sending us pictures. After we confirm the defect, we will issue you a return authorization number. Once we receive the product, we will send you a new one. One of the reasons that we are so successful and have been in the business for so long is that we strongly believe in acting fairly with our customers. Products returned without vaild return authorization number are refused and returned to shipper. Customer is responsible for confirming, and then providing us with, the accurate and correct paint code and description information. Any claims must be reported within 30 day of receiveing product. No returns on special order kits and painted products without deffects.
